Double Urls In Post- Fix?

Well I am having this werid problem.

When somone post’s a link such as:

http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/

It gets converted to:

<a href='http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/'>
<a href='http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/'>
http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/</a></a>


Why the heck is it doing that?

It should be just:

<a href='http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/'>
http://lcars24.sourceforge.net/</a>
