double slash // in some wp-admin urls

    Hi,

    I am experiencing an issue where certain links within my wp-admin site are generating with double slashes, e.g. within the media browser, next/prev pagination urls are http://www.domain.com//wp-admin/upload.php?paged=2

    This is causing the url to break. I am able to remove one of the extra / and the page loads correctly.

    Pretty much all other admin functionality is working as expected. Can anyone shed any light on the above mentioned issue ?
