Double sitename on shared posts

Hi good people of internet,
I looked throught forum for this kind of problem, but couldnt finde one. Only similar.

Site name: DANIUS
Site: http://danius.lt/

Problem:
When I am sharing new post via WP panel “Publicize:” [twitter, g+, FB], the shared post looks like this:

“Post nameDANIUS”

When I am sharing post via copy post url from browser and pasting it to g+ or FB, the shared post looks like this:

“Post nameDANIUSDANIUS”

The desired result is:

“Post name – DANIUS”

How could i fix this?
I would be very grateful if you could help me solve this problem.
