Double Quotes ( ” ) are showing as braces ( {{ or }} )

    Whenever something is in “quotes”, it looks ok when I’m writing it and also ok in the html. But when I preview it or publish it, they end up like this: {{quote}}

    NOT ACCEPTABLE! What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
