I apologize for the delay in response.
Could you please try to deactivate the Automptimize plugin and then clear any other caching that might run on the website?
No problem.
I deactivated Automptimize and cleared the cache. Anything else needs to be done?
Please change the theme of the website to a default one from WordPress and see if the issue still exists.
If not then most likely something in the theme is not working properly and you would need to reach out to the theme developers to investigate.

Kindly update that CSS with below CSS. Actually your theme has some hierarchy so need to use below CSS.
body.edd-js input.edd-no-js, body.edd-js #main-content .edd-no-js {
display: none;
}
