 * I just got wordpress and installed the cute frames theme. I ported all my posts
   from my previous site over and none of them have frames( which I didn’t expect
   them too…
 * But all the new posts are showing the photos twice..(I only uploaded them once.)
   They show once in the frame and once in the post. Is there a way to fix this?
 * Also how do I get the frame around my post rather than around my photo?

 * I’ve played around with it a little and the only format I can find that aren’t
   duplicating my images is the link format and the gallery format
 * the link format then puts this “link” text at the bottom of the frame 🙁
 * and the gallery format doesn’t include the “continue reading” at the page break
   so my readers can click on it to finish reading the post…
