Double Payment

I have an cleantalk account with two websites. One of the websites was showing a need to update the payment. $20/year. So I used paypal to make the payment. I had to create a new cleantalk new user to do this. THEN I RECALLED that that site was already in my other account. I seem to have been billed twice for the one site. I am not putting the site names or details because I don’t want others reading my issue details.
