Hi, the “Unsubscribe” option needs to be present in every text message based on the GDPR regulations.
You have multiple text messages available to choose from, some longer some shorter – and you can also write your own in order to make them even shorter. Some text messages may be longer than one since most of the messages are dynamic – meaning that they are populated with the names of the recipients. This, in theory, can make the text message longer, if the name is specifically long.

Unwilling to resolve it. Every message send is a minimum of 2 messages due to this. Doubling all your costs. Fix it.

as previously mentioned, GDPR legislation in the EU as well as CCPA in the US require the unsubscribe option/link in each text message which is why this feature will not be available.
In regards to the number of text messages (you stated that the minimum sent is 2) ; it is not a correct statement from your side. As mentioned in the previous reply, there is a possibility that some pre-prepared require multiple text messages being sent and that due to the dynamic option of populating fields, they can be longer but that is not a typical result.
