Double orders pending payment status

    Hello

    We run an online shop with paypal plus payment gateway and we have (maybe 5 per day) few duplicate orders with the status “pending payment”. The second order from same customer is mark as payment complete 2 minutes after this first “pending payment” order. Not the same ID.

    What could explain this behaviour?

    Hello,

    is this problem already resolved? Please reopen the thread if when not. Sometimes it could be the customers get a timeout and so the payment can not be finished
