[Resolved] Double order

    First of all. Coming from Magento, I have to say WooCommerce really is a big improvement for us.

    Unfortunately, we have a problem. We have WordPress 3.4.2 installed with WooCommerce 1.6.5.2 and use theme Mercor 1.5.

    For secure payment, we use IcePay. We use it for some time and are very pleased with it.

    So, we’re are the point of testing ordering and payments. Everything works perfect, except for one thing. As soon as the order is placed, the order is doubled.

    Thus, the client does buy for one item, but in the system it decreases the amount by two and the client receives the same order twice. We’ve searched for any similar issues, but couldn’t find it anywhere.

    Does any of you knowledgeable people have a solution for our problem? 🙂

    I’ve seen this happen before. A number of things can cause it, and it’s usually javascript related. If I could see your site, I might be able to determine the problem.

    I’ve found the source of the problem. It has something to do with IcePay. I still have to find out what exactly, but thanks anyways for your help 🙂
