    We are using this plugin to add users to a MailChimp list that has double opt-in turned on. When a users signs up and ticks the [opt-in] field, they are added to MailChimp but it says they have not consented to be emailed, I am guessing this is because the double opt-in step hasn’t been completed, however, the user never receives an email to opt in.

    I have tried turning on the double-opt-in option within your plugin, but when i do that, they are not added to the list, and they still never receive an email.

    Any ideas as to why this might happen would be greatly appreciated.

    Using WordPress 4.9.8, Contact Form 5.03 and Contact Form 7 MailChimp Extension 0.4.50.
