# Double lightbox

 * Hello,
 * I made a gallery with a Jetpack carousel, but once the lightbox is opened, if
   you click the cross (top right corner), you need to exit a second lightbox showing
   the same picture. If you type Esc, however, the two lightboxes close simultaneously.
 * What should I do in order to have only one lightbox?

 * It looks like you have a conflicting lightbox enabled, either as part of your
   theme, or another plugin.
 * Try switching to a different theme. If that solves it, then contact the theme
   author to see if there’s a way to deactivate their lightbox.
 * If it’s not the theme, try deactivating plugins until you find the one that’s
   adding the second lightbox, and then see if you can find a setting in that plugin
   to disable it.
