 * hi all,
 * i really could use some help removing the double title names on the pages (except
   the main page) and removing the Home title showing under the slider.
 * im not so good with html and would prefer easy changes in css codes if possible.
 * could someone help me out with this?

    To disable the page header and page title please use the below given 
   css code on the custom css options located at Dashboard=> Appearance => Customize
   => Theme Options => Custom Css:
 *     ```
       .page-header .page-title { display:none;}
       .entry-header .entry-title{ display:none;
       }
       ```
