 * Hi. I have a few questions.
    1. When I/a customer order a product from my shop
   the customer will get 2 email confirmations. How do I turn off the “woocommerce”
   email but keep the mailchimp one. I’ve tried disabling the woocommerce email
   in the “Email” tab in setting this however disables the mailchimp email also.
 * 2. When the mailchimp email does arrive with the customer in the product section
   it is missing the variations selected by the customer. It shows the variation
   header but not the selected variation. I am also using a plugin called “WC Fields
   Factory”, the options from this do not display also. All of these are present
   and correct in the woocommerce email.
 * 3. For some reason in the mailchimp email the product name is having “(copy)”
   added to the end. How do I remove this?

 * Hey there [@muttly](https://wordpress.org/support/users/muttly/)
 * Glad to take a look at things with you here.
 * Regarding both emails going out, the Emails tab is the correct place to disable
   the WooCommerce emails. Would you be able to share a screenshot of one of these
   disabled emails on the WooCommerce side of things? Additionally, could you share
   your site’s [WooCommerce System Status Report](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/)?
   I’d like to get a closer look at your particular setup to try and replicate in
   testing.
 * Regarding content in the MailChimp order notification email, it is a known limitation
   that variant-specific information will not display, and unfortunately MailChimp’s
   emails will not be affected by plugins installed on the WordPress side of things.
   You can make some limited edits to the Order Notification Automation Emails’
   appearance by editing it within MailChimp, though I’m certainly glad to pass
   along your feedback.
 * Finally, it’s possible that MailChimp is using an outdated product name. I would
   recommend making a test purchase of that product to try and push over the update.
   If that’s still not doing the trick, I would try deactivating, uninstalling,
   and reinstalling the plugin to force syncing that up to date information.
 * Let me know if you have any further questions,
    Malachite
