    Hi all,

    I test the plugin and when I do an import, by not having selected Force users to reset their passwords the client receives the email with his username and his password created and at the same time an email to configure his password, not by the plugin but by the admin email
    I can’t find where to cancel this shipment
    an idea

    It seems to be a problem created by a third plugin. Did you try to deactivate all the other plugins, activate a default theme and try again?

    Yes I deactivated all the plugins it’s the same.
    I also canceled the email requests via Woocommerce but that doesn’t change anything
    I have the email which gives the connection information and another which gives a link to configure the password

    You talk to me about WooCommerce as if you leave it enabled. We are talking about leaving only this plugin activated and using a default theme.

    Your problem is quite serious and if it was this plugin there would be many users with an open ticket reporting it. So from here what it seems to me is that there is a bad interaction from a third party.

    That’s why I want to try to isolate where the problem is coming from.

    English is not my first language, I made myself understood poorly.


    I modified the sending of emails in Woocomerce first, it didn’t change anything.
    I deactivated ALL plugins except the import one
    I changed the theme
    and I have both emails each time

    As if a parameter was wrong somewhere but I really can’t find where

    Spanish is my first language if you prefer it.

    Some of this plugins seems to be from some kind of newsletter.

    yes it’s the pro tutor as well as others but I deactivated them all to test and cleaned the cache

    There is little more I can do from here.

    Something else must be in your installation (a muplugin? A theme that is not default?) because as I said this problem you report has nothing to do with this plugin.

    I know well that it is not linked to the plugin which is great by the way

    I hope someone has had the same type of problem as me to help me find the answer.
