Double bookings accepted

Hi,

That shouldn’t happen. Please check the default booking status:

… check the maximum capacity set for the times:

… and (for some plugin versions) check the statuses that blocks the availability:

Note: If you don’t have the above option for the status blocking the availability then only the statuses “Approved” and “Attended” are blocking the availability.

If it is accepting double bookings please let me know what settings are you using at the following area:

Check the status of the bookings in the booking orders list to confirm that are in “approved” status, since “pending” bookings won’t block the availability.

In addition to that double-check if the time-slot capacity is set to 1 or to a greater value, since the slot will accept bookings until filling its capacity. This is referred to the following settings area:
