dots in admin bar.

    Today i have moved my blog to a different host.

    i noticed a change in the menu now displaying dots.
    See Picture

    Somehow it now shows dots instead of my blog name.
    Same thing for the menus tab now not showing menu names but dots.

    How can i fix this or what auses this?
