Dot on all pages – never used to be there

A dot appeared on all of my pages, near the top, inside of one of my divisions. I realized it was a widget issue, and I tried to fix it with CSS, but I couldn’t get the dot off the pages. I ended up getting rid of all widgets.

Has anybody else had this issue? Does anybody know of a fix?

I tried this code and it didn’t work:
