Do you have a Hostgator website? Hostgator has a common issue with their servers, that the given memory_limit value isn’t used and your website stops around 100M memory limitation. They weren’t able to identify the real cause at our customers, but upgrading the PHP versions from 5.x to 7.x solved the problem.
This problem had come up at multiple users using both Elementor and Smart Slider 3, as our plugins combined need more than 100M memory:

He was working today, but then he started messing around.
Now the slider is visible in the Elementor, but when activated, only it and 2-3 more blocks of the page are shown.
When you turn off the plugin page is displayed normally.
And another point: it is impossible to turn off the background on mobile devices.

Have you installed new plugins today? If not, then it will be a server limitation reached, most probably the memory_limit. If you open up your wp-config.php file and write this right under the <?php part:
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
ini_set("log_errors", 1);
ini_set("error_log", dirname(__FILE__)."/php-error.log");
and check the page again, do you see a message appearing in the bottom of the broken page?

If you press F12, you will see several page elements. But they are not visible, and without your plugin page works fine.

At the Developer tab of your slider’s settings:

there is a “Hide website’s scrollbar” option. You should turn it off and your website will be fine!

Sadly the mobile device related background options are Pro version features. With the Pro version you would be able to have different backgrounds:

or to not have backgrounds at all, you could duplicate the slider and use the “Show on devices” option to show a backgroundless slider:

In your case I’m not sure if it would help a lot, but you could try out the Focus options:

which decides, which part of your background image should stay on the slide and like this if the blue part is big enough, you could maybe try to keep that on the slide.
