For email notification issues, please ensure your notification settings are configured correctly using this guide.
If your settings are correct but emails are still not delivered, it could be because emails sent from your website might not be authenticated, resulting in them being filtered by your email provider. Using an SMTP plugin can help resolve this. Could you confirm if you’re currently using an SMTP plugin on your site? If not, setting one up could significantly improve email deliverability.
