Thank you very much for sharing your feedback about the plugin.
The free edition of the plugin only works on the native WordPress forms, mainly; the default login page, the comments form, and the password reset form.
If you would like to add CAPTCHA to forms created with third party plugins, such as WooCommerce, you need to use the Premium edition. All of this is clearly explained in the plugin page on the repository.
