    Hello,

    My Free WaterWoo PDF Plugin don’t work.

    Customers cannot download the PDFs they purchase.

    Hi @jportland,

    You are running quite outdated versions of WordPress and WooCommerce (several years old). I am unable (and unwilling for security reasons) to downgrade my Woo and WP versions to do testing for you. It is more wise that you update to more recent versions. Please update your Woo and WordPress installations first, before we proceed troubleshooting. Thank you for understanding.
