Can you elaborate what you don’t want removed?
To remove the page title you will need to edit style.css by adding:
.page .entry-title { display: none; }
If you are not sure how to edit CSS, you can trying installing the Jetpack plugin, activate the custom CSS module, paste the above code in and click “Save Stylesheet”
Hope that helps
Please note that the code explain ation above was a “quick fix” and if you are using a theme like twenty eleven that updates this will over write your CSS.
Ultimately the best practice is to set up a child theme before you change your CSS.
To create a child theme you can read more here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Thanks Lachlan. It is working exactly that I want.
Thanks again. 🙂
Where in the CSS file should that line be pasted?
@evinrisca: why are you using an older version of WordPress?
I’m not. Just started today with 3.5 and the Twenty Twelve theme.
