    When I use this plugin to send emails, there is no record of sent emails in my email backend sent folder, when I submit this error on the forums, their techs simply replied that it’s a problem with contacting the email service provider, not their problem, when I switched it to another smtp plugin, everything works fine and there is indeed a record of sent emails in the sent folder on the email side.

    If you want to avoid similar errors or not getting support services, stay away from this crap !!!!!!!
