    The worst user experience I ever see on a theme.
    – Several unforgivable issuses, like: pages don’t show titles!!
    – Have to use widgets for “sophisticated” content, instead to use the WP content interface!

    The worst customer experience I ever see.
    – Forum is like a desert: nobody lives there. Nobody answer nothing.
    – I’ve sent emails to info@ and business@ but nobody answer neither.

    And… they ask for money!!35€ in my case… I want my money back.
    The time I’ve spent on install it and test it is unrecoverable, I know. 🙁

    First of all, this is the free version and your post is about our paid version.
    Impulse Press is wordpress bootstrap framework for developers to build wordpress themes as we announce on our website.

    About the several unforgivable issues that you make reference, you only make reference to one on your email, of course we apology and offer to solve that issue.
    Can’t understand what you mean about the “sophisticated” content.

    Our support forum is answering as fast as wen can, and in your case, we answered one day after your question.

    We have here your emails and your email was answered in the same day.

    We didn’t ask you for 35$. We offered you a 35$ discount to buy another theme (45$) that was more easy to use for non-developers.

    Also the Impulse Press framework come with a documentation to help you the process of install and configuration.

    We understand that you are not a developer and you bought a framework and it can be frustrating but we also think there is no reason to come here comment things that are not true with the main objective of damage our business.
