So I know you can choose how many times you show the popup and how many days before it shows again.

But I would like to know if the following is possible. If the user clicks within the popup it does not show again for the number of days indicated, but if instead they hit closed or ESC, it shows based on how many times you chose. Does that make sense?

We want to use it for making donation, but if people donated, I don’t want to show it again, but of course if you close without donating, I would like to nag you 3 times.

    Is this possible?

    GREAT Plugin by the way.

    Michel.

  • Dear @mdegive ,

    Thanks for the nice words!

As for the question: yes, that does make sense.
Generally, the limitation works with showing/not showing the popup as you already know.

However, to be more accurate and not to miss anything, could you let us know how you created the popup? Did you use a form created in some service or did you use one of our built in forms?

    Looking forward to your response.

The popup is just a jpg, so you click anywhere within it and it goes to a page, here it is in action: https://www.habitatsoco.org/

    Thank you.

Thank you for the info, dear Michel.

In that case, it wouldn’t be possible with our default options.
However, it would indeed be a nice option to have, so we will pass this information for consideration.

In case there’s anything else we can assist you with, please, let us know.

Not sure what you mean by: In that case, it wouldn’t be possible with our default options.

We mean that the default options of our plugin don’t give such an opportunity, however, our plugin can be customized by coding. So, if a person is good at coding, they may come up with a solution by using our custom CSS and JS options.
