    Hello, I need help me.

I configure my contact form with a input WP voice, but I don´t have clear how to call it in the setting of the mail.

    [qcwpvoicemessage form_id:475] ? [qcwpvoicemessage] ?

With none of these forms I manage to send the audio link in the mail.

    Do you help me please?

You need to use the [qcwpvoicemessage form_id:475] on the Contact Form 7 Form Configuration Tab and use the [qcwpvoicemessage] on the mail tabs Message body field.

You can also use these shortcodes Generator in the CF7 button row.

    Thank you!

    Good afternoon,
I have the same problem as you.
I tried to put [qcwpvoicemessage] on the mail message field but I do not have the link in the sended e-mail.
    Did you find a solution?

    Howerver, this plugin is excellent.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the nice words.

The voice message field is optional so every form submission may not have the voice message.

Also, the voice message needs to be saved before submitting. You will get link if a voice message is recorded and saved.

    Thank you

    Hi,
I tried the plugin but I’m not getting the audio link in the email.
I recorded and saved the audio, I inserted the shortcode [qcwpvoicemessage] in the Mail Tab but no link appears in the email.

The plugin is great but without the link it is useless.

    Hope you can help me.

    Best regards

Sorry for the late reply. We have been checking but cannot duplicate the issue in any way. Can you check the Voice Records section in the back and see if voice message got saved there?

    Thanks

    Hi,
Yes the records are saved correctly in the backend and are all named as “Record: [form name]”

    Best regrads

Hi, I have the same issue. The shortcode is in the mail template and the voice recording gets saved in the backend, but the email that gets sent out has no link in it.

    Hi,

We have not been able to duplicate the issue on any of our setups yet despite trying very very hard.

We are looking for alternative ways now. Maybe send the file as attachment. Problem is size and allowed extension. We will release a new version soon with a possible solution.

    Thanks

I had the same problem, but I think the problem is just, that a user has to save his recording before sending the form.

    1. record message
    2. save message (save button)
    3. send form

I have not seen the save button in the frontend while testing 🙂
    Now it works for me.
