    Hi there,

The form is trying to make a POST request to http://www.goodlex.com/arvydas/admin-post.php?action=mailpoet_subscription_form which redirects to a URL that’s not found or is not accessible: http://i.imgur.com/lxdStS6.png Once that’s fixed, the form will work. The reason why it works on your computer is because you must be logged in your site as an administrator. If you log out, the form won’t work. Please whitelist /wp-admin and allow access to it.

    Regards,
    MailPoet Team.
