Hi,
I am using gravity form in my site
The following is quoted in the plugin for this feature.
When you enable Force From Name Replacement, the plugin will set the From Name for each email. Disable it if you’re using contact form plugins, it will prevent the plugin from replacing form submitter’s name when contact email is sent.
Let me know if the above makes sense to you?

What i want is it should not replace the mail id which was set in from address in gravity form. What it was currently doing is it just replaces the mail id to the one which setted in your plugin settings.
Currently in our site we have multiple gravity forms with multiple from email address what the plugin does currently is it was taking the from address from the easy wp smtp plugin this should be avoided the email should not be replaced.

I don’t use Gravity forms, so I am not really sure why it is replacing the emails ID. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.
Thank you
How i can send message to this plugin developers team ? Also can you suggest a plugin which you think the better alternate plugin for gravity form from your idea.
I’m having a similar issue with a different form plugin.
Perhaps there’s a bug with Easy WP SMTP?
Hi, have you tested the latest version? There is a new feature added that might help you with your issue.
