Don't remember password

Your plugin is helping me a lot.
Our blog has received many unauthorized attempts per day (sometimes up to a few hundred attempts per day) and it almost finished but occasionally someone manages to get through security plugin using the brute force method.
This would be due to the small delay (3 or 4 seconds) it takes for the page to be redirected to another URL than ‘… / Wp-admin’ or ‘… / Wp-login.php’?
In my case, I’ve told to redirect to the ‘home’ page.If you can increase the speed of page redirection maybe the problem is over. Is there a way to do that?
This small delay could be associated to the loading of the stylesheet (CSS) of the login page?
What can cause this delay?—
There is a small bug or incompatibility Stealth Login plugin with WP:
When I mark the box to remember my login password and send it no longer works.
I can enter the page adminstrative but if I close the browser and reopen it then I always have to put the password again.
If I disable the Stealth Login plugin, ‘remember password’ back to work.
‘Forgot password’ link has also stopped working.
Can you fix it?Thanks.
