    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with refreshing your product feed(s).

    Could you describe a bit more detailed what it is you are doing and what you are seeing on screen?

    There is no any error msg i created feed and it doesn’t update manuale or automaticli, i have changed mapping and i try to refresh it but it doesnt work.

    Processing is blinkingo processing (0%) and then it apear Ready. I tried to turn off plugins.

    Hi lankaster,

    When it is on processing (0%) and jumps to ready immediately it could also mean that it is just done processing fast. Are you sure that the changes you made to the configuration are not reflected in the product feed?

    I am sure they aren’t.
    Yes i have very fast server so its just done fast.
    i tried even to put filters that will exclude all product update and check if xml is empty but nothink changes.
