Don’t recommend – No support

    I don’t recommend this plugin at all. We purchased the premium version and the developers are not giving any support.

    Hi @mwfi ,

    We are sorry for hear that you cannot get proper support from our developers.

    However, could you be more specific about the issue you are having? Since we are overloaded, it takes more time for our developers to work on a solution. Some technical issues are very complicated or might be irresolvable to us.

    These is also a chance that your ticket might be pushed down the line when new requests are sent so if you want to get the attention again, you can open a new ticket and ask for progress update of your case.
