I am in the process of launching a website using the All-in-One-Event Calendar plugin (version 2.3.12). After moving the site from my testing server to the final hosting environment, I got the following error:

    All-in-One Event Calendar:
CSS compilation failed because you don’t have enough free memory (a minimum of 24M is needed). Your calendar will not render or function properly without CSS. Please read this article to learn how to increase your PHP memory limit.

I’ve gone ahead and increased the memory limit to 128M but I am still getting the error. I also tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin to no avail. I realize this must be a difference in hosting environments but do you have any other insights as to what I might try to troubleshoot this? Much appreciated.

    Hi,

Please install this plugin and post back with what it reports: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-memory-usage.

Have you tried to dismiss the error message?

I just tried dismissing the error but I still see an issue on the frontend of the website. Here’s the live instance of the site on my new server (http://www.covellcare.com/calendar/), and here’s a copy of that website at my testing sever (http://site14.codegeek.net/calendar/). Looking forward to your thoughts.

Please try: Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options.

Just read the thread here regarding the error message about not enough PHP memory – my site is experiencing the same issue as noted in this thread.

The error message: “All-in-One Event Calendar:
CSS compilation failed because you don’t have enough free memory (a minimum of 24M is needed). Your calendar will not render or function properly without CSS.”

The PHP memory limit is set to 64M in the wp-config.php file for the site (define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );)

I tried the “Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options.” mentioned but I still get the error message.

    Any other suggestions…?

    Thanks…
