Hello,
in our latest update there wasn’t any significant changes in code which could ‘break’ a website. It does not necessarily mean that our plugin is at fault, if other plugins are adding code which is not fully compatible with WordPress standards and our plugin is trying to use WordPress resources (in compliance with all WP standards) it may cause a problem.
Always in those type of situations you need to enable debugging mode in WordPress and check for a PHP error (for example wrong PHP version) or a Javascript conflict if it is an interface problem.
Please contact us so we can resolve this issue, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with a list of your other plugins and which template you are using.
If there is any issue with our plugin, please feel free to contact our support team – we are happy to help you resolve all of your problems and questions.
It was BlueHost that identified the problem with the plug-in. Once this plugin was removed my site came back just fine. I believe the error was something about a missing file.
Please give us a second chance – contact us through our support form (https://www.perfect-web.co/wordpress/contact-form/documentation) with a link to your site (or its exact copy in a subfolder) and a temporary access to its dashboard and FTP server so we can debug it and fix your issue.
