Btw, if you are referring to the registration of handles, it does not have any significant impact except it might be a nuisance for some.
We can certainly make sure that we do not even register the handles for non logged.
It will not load any of the registered scripts unless we enqueue them, so has no effect on loading even now.

You are correct about the loading of font. There are not a lot of them though. Only one of the font will be loaded depending on the browser

Except the font, we do put a plain javscript object in the head. There is no other script/css loaded for not logged. So, I will repeat form my previous reply, no scripts are loaded.
The font is not needed for logged out users and we will make it that way in next update. It is less than 3KB (only svg is 6 KB) and will not have much impact even in its current state.
Please recheck the network console for loaded assets and you can verify.
