 * hello
    i’ve installed the plugin and prepared a basic rules as a test but it 
   dont do anything. i have tried to change conditions,scheduling and any other 
   field without obtain any: the fee dont appear in the checkoutor in the cart. 
   there is any possible conflict with other plugins?i have a lot of plugins i have
   tried to disable some but without any effect i cant disable all plugins without
   a clue. at the moment the fees is setted for 3 euro for every france customer
   as a test but it dont do anything. Regards Dario
