I don’t understand what you mean by ‘save my form (with 2 language)’.
Are you trying to mix 2 languages in a single form?
This plugin extends Polylang to create/maintain cf7 forms in different languages. Each form can be translated into the different languages. Please read Polylang documentation to understand how to maintain a site in different languages.

I know how work Polylang, when I create new language for form it doesn’t connect(linked) to my start form.
I always do NEW form with NEW language, I do not have relations like in the second image.

when you create a new form, are you able to choose the language from the from dropdown? Does it take you to the form creation page with the selected language as default locale?

When i save new language for my form > that save but when i try go out i see popup — I understand it’s ok and I can ignor that message.
” There is a bug in the integration which fails to pick the fact that language options have been saved. So even after click the ‘Save’ button you will see the familiar alert window popup, you can safely ignore the message. “
But new language doesn’t save. Plugin create New form with the language that was supposed to be the second. -> when i click button to save second language it doesn’t add new lang for my form > it create New Form with that language.
I have 3 languages – English,Poland,Ukraine.
Mb problem in theme …(Theme Zerif) or new release of plugins…

I clicking “plus” and new form for another lang are build ideal,
but after saving forms are not linked with another lang-version

z1mak, the translation for Ukrainian is partially complete (only 40%) so maybe this is the reason why your form is not translated properly. Polish is 100%.
You need to include your forms into pages/post to make it appear properly in you theme. Polylang creates trasnlation links for post/page/custom posts. If you embed your forms into a widget, then you need to make sure widget translation is enabled in Polylang too.
This way each language on your site has a separate page/post/widget with the embedded form. For each you need a separate form that is translation.

what is the issue you are facing with your theme?
I realised there was an error as a result of an update in Polylang.
I have now changed a few things in the latest release v1.1.1, please update your plugin. This version should make things a little a more robust.
Thank’s but it don’t help me. It whatever creates a new form with a new language without reference to the parent form.

Can you be more descriptive of your error? Are you not able to create a translation?
Have you tried switching off your other plugins to see if it is an error caused by some other plugin intereference?
Have you switched on debug mode in WordPress? What errors are logged in the error.log file?
