    In fact, we care about our customers, and we are more than happy to provide our customers with the necessary help to solve then problems when using LoftLoader.

    As we said in this comment, you are unwilling to provide your website’s URL, and we can not reproduce the problem you mentioned, so we are not able to find the exact cause of this problem.
