Don't buy PRO version! I am VERY frustrated at developer's lack of action!

    I purchase a multi-site license in August, 2012 for $97.

    I have received nothing but excuses from the developer since then about my not being able to access the PRO version.
    I have supplied valid credentials to him repeatedly and all I get in response is that “sorry, we have a new website” and that he needs admin access to a website running the plugin.
    There is no way we are giving admin access to a secured ecommerce site to anyone for such a crazy reason as simply getting the uploadeable, update-able version of something we paid for.
