    I have just come back from a family camping holiday, where I didn’t have my laptop and Internet was sporadic at best – so things have been hectic and you mail may have been lost. (I don’t take many holidays, so its service back to normal now)

    Additionally, I have no problem with issuing refunds for Slide Anything PRO at ANY point.

    Many thanks for your reply. I felt a bit strange because after you replied my first mail, I responded immediately afterwards. I’ve not received a response to that. But anyway, I would like to get a refund. Can you take care of this?

    Yes, just email me your Slide Anything Order No or your Email Address so I can find your order within my PayPal account and I’ll do the refund for you. (if you don’t have my email address, send me a message using the form at the bottom of this page: edgewebpages.com).
