We are very active in support for all of our premium products. Have you reached out via https://pluginize.com/contact/ at all ? If yes, did you receive any ticket confirmation with ticket number that I could look up in our support desk system? We don’t presently have any pending/unanswered tickets.
For what it’s worth, product post types, as long as they’re considered searchable, should already be getting indexed and that is all happening from the free plugin here. That’s not added via the Pro plugin.
