Don’t buy pro – its a mess

    Hi.
    We bought the pro version for 199$ and within or better say less than 24h we found out its useless for our particular task.
    So we ask to refund… answer quote: “`Refunded it will take 3-5 days to show up.

    We are still waiting for out money.
    Sorry Rashid, but this is not the way to have a good customer relationship.
    Keep the money, but I hope this post will help to protect others.

    We already issue your refund 15 days ago and your order status change to refunded please check your end. your refund success April 1

    refund on a credit card doesn’t take 15 days.
    But lets see.
    Looks like you respond better here than to an email. Which is kind of funny.
