• This plugin used to work okay and they reacted on my issues. After the last update they removed the possibility to write profile, the translated version didn’t work anymore and it’s basically impossible to create a working family tree. I’ve reported this issue on their site in september and haven’t had a statisfying response since (“our tech team is working on it”). I’m afraid this was a waste of money. The creator of this plugin started a new plugin called WP Genealogy. It isn’t clear to me how this relates to this plugin. It feels like he just started another one to make people buy a premium version again…

    The problem is not (just) technical. It’s nice that you can resolve the issue promptly, but you do have to do it. My issue had been open since september. And even since your earlier promiss in this thread, there had been no reaction to my issue in your support channel.
