    Requested refund right after purchase as it could not do what I needed it for.
    No reply whatsoever for severeal emails and chats. Shameful really.

    Can you please provide me with ticket number you got when you sent us the refund request? Or contact us directly on our website and I will make sure to get this sorted.

    Hi,

    No ticket number from your website, did not even get an automatic email reply.

    BUt I also sent many emails from hello@sosmarketing.hu to woobeewooplugins@gmail.com.

    Order number is 24307, invoice-4333.
