I paid for this theme from your website. after that i’m start build website so the Theme Activate already, Ocean Extra plugin are install and active) BUT!
– I can’t activate can’t find link to put license key in.
– I try delete free theme ver. and download a new one from account => download section and install and active theme but it’s still the same.
– Your Document is useless not show any thing useful for me (only show how to active theme) and No Photo to make it more clear.
– I try to open ticket for help but your site keep tell that i’m not paid user, made me very really angry (have video)
– In account => website section i found send upgrade link so i try it too, but nothing happen (have video)

all lot of link i found in your theme lead to paid page none for link to put license key. Why u make it so hard to use? (or i’m too stupid to use -*-) and about theme status in account section, it’s keep show Uninstall (from my 1-2 try to uninstall it and find way to make it work, but it’s a 2-3 hrs. ago. it’s still Uninstall.)
