Editing Review after finally contacting developer

    **Updating original review: After email developer multiple times with no response and opening a Paypal claim it turns out that the emails they were sending in reply were not getting through. Can’t seem to delete review so updating instead. This review was technically for the data exporter add on which is definitely not as intuitive as it could be (it does export a file but can not be imported into other website without modifying CSV file which kind of defeats point of using a plugin)**

    Purchased the Simple WP exporter add-on for the Simple WP Membership plugin a while ago. Did not work as advertised (exported an incorrect CSV file that required a lot of modification to be imported). Contacted support multiple times with no response. Will be putting through a credit card/Paypal dispute for sure.

    Hi @skullflush,
    I use SWPM free version and thinking of Export addon. Do you mind to describe in more detail what kind of manipulation you need to do with the csv file?
