Don’t buy Easy Media Gallery PRO! No support

    Hi there! i think that developer no longer support his project or he isn’t alive. I’ve bought Easy Media Gallery Pro but it works ugly. There is no answer from the support. I wrote by feedback form, email, facebook — no answer.

    When I saw your comment I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and contacted by email.

    I was able to get a prompt response. I saw from messages on their site they did have issues with email and communications. This may coincide with your experience.

    Give them another go, re-try sending your question (if you still have patience).

    But as to ugly… yes not as polished as it appears especially when you start doing more than basic things. As to whether they will improve the app it is a crystal ball thing.
