  • The plugin didn’t work, but we understand there can be some conflicts with our website. Sent them an email, no reply after the initial response.

    Sent them an email, created the ticket on their FreshDesk portal for the refund several times in last 10 days (within 14 days of purchase), no reply yet.

    Though they advertise that there is 100% refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — Don’t buy this!

    I am having the same issue getting my money back.

    Did you file a complaint with PayPal?
    If not, please do so, and give them the URL to this thread in your comment.
