  • Bought 60.000 credits and 95% of them were all used for none reason. I looked up the log files and found that already compressed pictures (on shortpixel-cdn!) were compressed again (without any optimization) and the credits would still count down. contacted the support a few weeks ago, requested help several times and since four weeks i’m not getting any answers at all. very disappointing experience, feels like i rip-off afterwards.

    I just reviewed your case and I can see that we already replied to you on September 25th, less than 24 hours after you sent us the support request. Moreover, we have only one message from you; we can’t see anything else.

    It seems you didn’t get our answer (perhaps it went to the spam folder?), so if you contact us again, we will be happy to help you out. I would copy-paste what my colleagues replied to you, but it contains personal data and this is a public forum.

    thanks for trying to rail it down on the customer.

    1. I replied to your first message one hour after it arrived and it contained the same useless link you provided. So i answered that none of those issues/changes were present at any time.

    2. Sadly there was no further answer from your site, so i wrote again on 25.09., tried it another time on 7.10. and then finally on 21.10. – If you can’t see anything else, my messages have been deleted on your site.     3. Because we already had email contact, providers will not direct any of our mails into spam, especially not after the first reply. Pretty sure you know how spam rules work.

    I’m not trying to rail it down on you. Just trying to explain our point of view, because we didn’t provide you a good service, but we didn’t know you were writing to us. Actually, we are interested in knowing why those emails didn’t get to our system and we also want to help you with your issue, as I said.

    Could you please contact us and send us a screenshot of the headers of those emails? Please make sure to mention this ticket.

    Off forum contact has gone horrifically bad and has been abused in the past.

    Start a support topic, upload a screenshot to a image share service and post the link to that image instead.
