  • Disappointed with developer’s communication and support. Don’t buy a Pro version.

    I was expecting a resolution to the issues I’d, so submitted a support thread first (before leaving any negative review) but the respond developer Dennis Hoppe given, I forced to leave this negative review and also decided NOT TO USE any of his plugins (as many of my clients using his Pro plugins).

    @dipakcg You’re account is now on moderation watch. Here’s why, this isn’t just a review. It’s a personal vendetta and those have no place in these forums.

    I’ve done the following to your review:

    1. I’ve altered the title. Catchy click-bait review titles aren’t for here. It’s not necessary and please do not do that again. The new title explains your point and it represents the point you wanted to make.
    2. You’re bringing your dispute here. Within reason, that’s OK. You can say things along the lines of “Disappointed with developer’s communication and support” And that’s cool. The rest where you “expose” the author? Not so much and moderator can see the post that I have archived.
    3. Don’t go to other people’s topics and reviews spreading your disagreement. Again, that’s not for here and those have been archived too.

    I’m closing this review. You’ve made your point and that’s all there is to it.
